The sole power of decision concerning your visa application lays in the hands of the Belgian authorities. The European Languagecenter can thus unfortunately not directly intervene into this decision making process. What we can do, however, is to offer you our best support and advice when it comes to your application.
Hereafter, our team has put together some information to help you understand the general visa application procedure for Belgium. Should you decide to hire the EULC as your education counselor, you can also opt to leave the lead in all communication with the Belgian visa authorities to the EULC in order to increase your chances of success.
In any case, all documents that might be required to support your application, such as customized invitation letters, can be provided by the EULC for you.
Please see here below some practical information for Turkish applicants applying for a Belgian visa.
For the other nationalities, please check Belgium visa application process in your respective country.
